Terms and Conditions


Any person using equipment sold by WFGear in any manner is personally responsible for learning the proper techniques involved, assumes all risks, and accepts full and complete responsibility for any and all damages or injury of any kind, including death, which may result from the use of equipment sold by WFGear.

It is the user’s sole responsibility to determine whether the products in this web store are appropriate for the intended use. WFGear Product Sales is not liable or responsible for any damage, loss, injury or death resulting from the use of the products in this store, and makes no guarantees or representations with respect to these products and/or their fitness for any purpose. WFGear recommends that all products be used in a safe manner, based on all appropriate NFPA, OSHA, NIOSH and all other relevant standards and codes. Make sure you are properly trained and your equipment is regularly maintained. When working in unsafe environments, always work in pairs. If you are a Safety Director, make sure your premises are up to code and your employees have the necessary training to operate in unsafe environments.

2) Payment
If this is your first time purchasing from us, we might require that you pay in advance via check or money order.

3) Convenience Fee
If your purchase is more than $500.00 USD, we may impose a convenience fee if paying with a credit card or ask you to pay with a check or wire transfer.

4) Sales Tax or Use Tax
WFGear Product Sales (DBA) is registered only with the Missouri Department of Revenue to collect tax on sales occurring inside the state of Missouri. If the sale of tangible personal property is taxable in any other state, the purchaser is responsible for the applicable sales or use tax.

5) Product Availability
Many of our products ship within 3 - 5 working days. Other products, as standard in the fire industry, ship in about 2 - 3 weeks or longer. Please call for availability for items that you need soon.

6) Pricing and Specifications does not control manufacturer's specifications and/or pricing. Products and pricing specified are those in effect at the time of shipment and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

7) Governing Law and Venue
This agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any action brought to enforce or interpret this agreement must be brought in Saint Louis County, State of Missouri.

8) Returns
All returns must be authorized in advance. Depending on the manufacturer, size of order, and purchase amount, returned orders to stock may be subjected to a restocking fee which varies by manufacturer. Restocking fees may be 25% of the total items purchased or higher. Every return is considered on its own merits. Custom orders are NOT returnable unless allowed by the manufacturer.

Unless returns are due to a manufacturing defect or some condition of dysfunction or non-performance, the customer is liable for the shipping of the returned item. Please contact us for more information.

All returns MUST have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please contact us. Please include your order number and the specifics of your situation. The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. In most cases, we are unable to pay for shipping for returned items.
